Why not ‘Have Fun’?

Saw an interview recently where Eliud Kipchoge was asked his advice for aspiring endurance runners. “Have fun” was part of his message, along with dedication and relentless consistency to focused training. This banner really does it all. You can’t help but smile that we put ourselves through this. Yet we also chose this lifestyle. So we ought to be proud of who and what we are and intend to become.
